This weeks inspiration is Cortnie from stylelustpages.com. I love her sense of style and her ambition. She is a mogul in the making. She designs over size clutches and other styles of handbags. She is originally from the DMV area, but currently resides in Miami. I love how she puts stuff together and how she pairs them with her clutches. I originally saw her product on another bloggers website and fell in love. So go check her out!!!!

This weeks inspiration is Jessica Simpson. She is building an empire she has perfumes, bags, sunglasses and clothes just to name a few. She started out as a singer and has branched off into a mogul. I don't know about you, but no matter where I go I ended up seeing her name on something. Sometimes when I'm in the store I ended up pick up something not know it's from her brand . To me that just means her brand is for me and its my go to I have on her cream leather jacket in one of my post . So go check her out.

My fashion inspiration is Gwen Stefani. She is a singer, song writer, mother, and mogul. She is a style icon and have many people wanting her clothes ,shoes, etc. I especially love her shoes and handbags. I love some of the things from her kids line "Harajuku" (Target). She's so talented and a lot of women and girls idolize her. I'm pretty sure she helped a lot of people learn how to spell "Bananas" from one of her hits.

Last week I missed my inspiration so I'm going to double up this week. My fashion inspiration for last week is none other than India Arie. She is a person who inspires you to just simply be you. Everyone knows she can sing, but when you listen to her lyrics you understand what she's saying and it has meaning behind them. India Arie loves the skin she's in and that's why I love her so much.

This week my inspiration is Taraji P. Henson. I've liked her every since "Baby Boy". She is a wonderful actress and style icon. She's always setting trends or on trend with her style. I instantly felt a connection with her because she was born and raised in Washington, D.C.( that's where I was born). She makes you feel as if she could be one of your good girlfriends that will keep it real with you. My family and I have a family night just to watch "Empire" and our favorite character is of course Cookie. She plays the role so good that you would wish that she was your mother. Cookies style is always on point and she's a little gangsta when it comes to her kids (just like I am).

This week my inspiration is none other than Beyonce. As everyone knows I've been a big fan of hers since the original Destiny's Child days. She is very talented and I believe everyone will agree with me when I say she's an icon. Shes known for singing, but my girl wears many hats as a young mogul. She has always been someone I have looked up too. I have so many memories of dancing and singing to her music when I was younger. My cousin, some of the girls from the neighborhood or school and I made up dances for numerous of songs from Destiny's Child and Beyonce herself. It's so crazy because now my daughter and I try and copy some of her videos especially "Single Ladies" and "Who Runs the World"("Girls"). She inspires me also with her fashion because it's nothing too complicated and she's always setting trends.
